If Microsale has an error connecting to one of their PAX terminal, first reset the terminal.
Then connect to the machine having and issue with and log in to the managers menu using the manager password.
Then select Register Setup > Terminal Configuration
Then choose Credit Card Setup.
Once at this screen choose PAX in the top menu and that will open the PAX Setup screen.
Choose the same device from the POS you are connected to then click Find Device. This should show the device is found and show the IP address.
Click Save and issue should be resolved. You may need to close out of Microsale and reopen it as well.
