iPOS GO! App
If getting this error and the merchant is using the iPOS Go! application, follow these steps.
- Login as the merchant
- Go to “Settings”
- Select “Generate Ecom/TOP Merchant Keys
- Generate a new Token for the TPN that is having issues
- Perform a parameter update on their iPOSgo! app.
- Tap on “Star” icon
- Tap on “Upgrade App”
- Enter in the MPIN (Last 6 of TPN number on the screen)
- Tap on “Download Parameter”
P- Line Terminals
This error may also occur when trying to send a payment link from a P-line terminal. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.
- Login as the merchant
- Go to “Settings”
- Select “Generate Ecom/TOP Merchant Keys
- Generate a new Token for the TPN that is having issues
- Perform a parameter update on their P-Line Temrinal.
- Tap on “Star” icon
- Tap on “Upgrade App”
- Enter in the Password (Last 4 of TPN number on the screen)
- Tap on “Download Parameter”
Cloud POS
This error may also occur when trying to send a payment link, or running a transaction from a Cloud Based Virtual Terminal terminal. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.
- Login as the merchant
- Go to “Settings”
- Select “Generate Ecom/TOP Merchant Keys
- Generate a new Token for the TPN that is having issues.
- Have the merchant log out and log back into the portal
- Attempt to run the sale, or send the payment link again.
