If a merchant needs to generate new API keys click on the Account tab.
From here click on API Credentials & Keys
If keys have been generated in the past, there will be an API Login ID, and it will show the last time it was Obtained.
The API Login ID will never change.
If the merchant needs a new transaction key, click on new transaction key. Once you click on it a popup box will show asking to disabled old keys immediately or wait 24 hours.
If checked, the old transaction key will no longer work. If not checked, the old transaction key will disable after 24 hours.
Each time a key is generated it will require a PIN to be sent to the email on file. Once the PIN is verified the new keys will be created.
Repeat this step for the New Signature Key.
Once you have the API Login ID, Transactions Key, and Signature Key you will need to generate one more key.
Click on the account tab to get back to the main screen.
Once here click on Manage Public Client Key.
If this key was generated in the past it should show at the top of the screen.
This Key does not need to be generated again.
If the merchant wants to, they can generate a new Public client key. Click on disable old public client key and then submit.
This will then send a PIN to the email on file, once the PIN is verified the new key will be generated.
