To set up a Dejavoo P1 with a pinpad, first connect both devices to the same internet network. We recommend having both devices connected via ethernet for the best results, however, as long as both devices are connected to the same network they will be able to be paired.
Next, download the TPN to both the P1 and the pinpad device.
Once the TPN is successfully downloaded, each device will have a prompt to pair the pinpad.
Click Pair now on both devices. The P1 should be set up as the Master, and have the IP address already filled out. The Pinpad should be set as pinpad, and the IP address will have 2 Blank boxes. Enter the IP address from the P1 into the pidpad, and make sure all 4 boxes match.
Once the IP address is entered hit the Pair Now button on both devices.
If successful you will get a screen that shows pairing successful, and the pinpad will go to a screen that shows listening for transaction. the P1 will go to the main sale screen.
You are now ready to run a transaction.
