To void a transaction click on the three lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Choose the Void option and type in the passcode for the terminal. The Passcode is going to be the last 4 digits of the TPN number.
From this screen choose the transaction you wish to void and then click on the green Arrow to proceed. It will ask if you want to void the transaction click ok and then a void receipt should print.
