Transactions

Sale

1. From the home screen type in the amount to be charged. For testing, 0.01 will be sufficient.
2. Press Green Button
3. Insert Card
4. Wait for Receipt.

Return

A Return can only be processed on transactions that have already been batched out. If the transaction took place the same day, a void would be necessary. 

1. Press the Yellow Button on the keypad.
2. Enter amount that needs to be returned or refunded.
3. Press the Green Button to confirm amount
4. Insert Card to initiate the return
5. Print Receipt if necessary.

Void

Voiding a transaction can only be completed if the terminal has not been batched out yet. If the terminal has been batched a refund will need to be performed.

1. Press F1 *Touch screen models - Tap Three Lines
2. Favorites
3. Void
4. Enter Password 1234
5. View All Transactions or Search Transaction Number
6. Select the transaction and select Void.
7. Enter Password 1234
8. Print receipt if necessary.
