In this section, you can add customers to your customer vault, set up recurring subscriptions, or create new transactions from a customer vault entry.
To add a customer, click the button in the top left hand corner with the three lines and the down arrow, and click Add Customer. This will prompt a screen where you can add a customer credit card or ACH information and save that information into the vault. Once you have a customer saved to the vault they will appear in the left hand side of the screen.
To create a recurring billing cycle, choose a customer from the Vault, and click on the more button in the upper right hand section. Then click Add Recurring Payment. The customer needs to have a card on file to set up a recurring payment.
Type in the amount you wish to charge the customer, the TPN in which you want the charge to come from, the frequency of the charge and then End By options. Once this is all filled out, click set up Recurring Payment, and the gateway will automatically charge your customers the preferred amount on the set dates and frequency.
