Setting up Recurring Billing in iPOSpays
1. Go to the My Customers tab (If you already have a customer saved, skip to step 5).
2. Click on the Hamburger Menu (Three Lines) Then select “Add Customer”
3. Fill in the customers contact information then click on “Save and Add Card”.
4. Enter in the customers billing information. Then click on “Validate Card”.
5. Select the customer you want setup for recurring payments, then click on “More”.
6. Click on “Add Recurring Payment”.
7. Enter in the amount your want to charge the customer monthly, weekly, or yearly.
8. Select a TPN. You may only have one TPN to select from.
9. Select which card you would like billed for the recurring payments.
10. Choose the frequency for the recurring payment.
11. Choose the start date that you want the recurring billing to start billing.
12. Choose when you want the recurring payment to end.
Never: Keeps Charging the customer until you decide to cancel the recurring billing.
Based On Date: Allows you to select a specific date for the recurring billing to stop.
Based on Successful Count: Allows you to select how many times you want the customer billed with the recurring schedule that you are setting up.
13. Click on “Setup Recurring Payment” once you are completed.
