This is where you can run payments, send invoices, and create itemized billing sale from the virtual terminal.
By Default, the options selected are quick Pay, Pay Now, Sale.
Pay Now
These settings are how you would run a sale with the customers credit card information either over the phone, or by typing in the credit card information on hand.
Simply fill out the amount, then the customers payment information, add any additional details you may want to have tied to the transaction and click process.
Send Payment Link
If you change the payment type to Send Payment link, the screen will change and the customers information section will change into invoice due, reference number and description.
Simply type in the amount you wish to charge the customer, add either a phone number oremail, and select when the payment link expires, one day , one week or one month. Fill in any additional detail you may want to have tired to the transaction and click send payment link. This will either send a text or an email depending on what information you inserted into the fields.
Pin Pad
To use the Pinpad settings, you would need a physical device such as a Dejavoo P1, P3, or P5 and it needs to be set up as a Spin integrated device. When pinpad is selected, simply type in the amount and click process, the transaction will push over to the terminal, and the customer can insert, tap, or swipe their card to process payment.
